So you’re scrolling through yet another “Top 10 Bars in [City Name]” list, and every place looks the same. Clean wood. Edison bulbs. A cocktail menu that reads like a chemistry textbook. Where the hell are the REAL bars? You know the ones I’m talking about. The places where the bartender remembers your name after one visit. Where the jukebox plays nothing after 1987, where the pool table’s felt has seen better days, but nobody cares because the beer’s cold and the company’s better.
